Our Nutrient Mitigation Sites 

Our offset sites deliver nutrient reduction through land use change that mitigates the impact of phosphates and nitrates in the rivers and seas by creating new nature reserves on formerly intensively managed farmland. Our aim is to deliver mitigation that delivers additional benefits for wildlife, transforming intensive agricultural land into nature reserves that are safeguarded forever.   

We have a number of nitrate mitigation sites either currently operating or in development, with the two sites on the Isle of Wight, Wilder Little Duxmore and Wilder Nunwell operating for some time. We have successfully mitigated over 870kg of nitrate credits on Duxmore and are now offering our remaining credits at Nunwell to developers in Portsmouth, Gosport and the Isle of Wight. Our BNG Sites 

Our aim is to deliver high quality mitigation ias a gold standard for BNG habitat creation. We are committed to securing and maintaining BNG habitats in perpetuity beyond the 30-year statutory requirement. As an organisation, we have the expertise, and local knowledge to provide targeted biodiversity offsetting that will really make a difference to local wildlife and put nature into recovery.
