Stubbington

The Trust has partnered with Fareham Borough Council to secure two areas of arable farmland near Titchfield Haven National Nature Reserve. These areas will be restored to wildflower meadows, helping to protect the Trust's freehold nature reserve at Upper Titchfield Haven from the effects of agricultural activities. The project will generate nitrate credits for developments using Budds Farm, Peel Common, and Ashlett Creek wastewater treatment works, and will also bring a substantial number of BNG units to market.
